The Product & Brand Executive will take ownership of the LowCarb Sourdough portfolio and support the growth of the Transform-U programme, under the guidance of the respective portfolio owners and Professional Care and Development Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow LowCarb Sourdough sales, awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor product performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvement plans.
• Plan and lead outlet activations, sampling, small campaigns and customer-retention initiatives.
• Coordinate social media content, educational materials and promotional activities.
• Support Transform-U programme implementation, including outlet activation, machine coordination and performance monitoring.
• Engage outlets, respond to inquiries and provide the necessary product or campaign support.
• Analyse sales, campaign and outlet data and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, suppliers and outlet teams to ensure effective execution.
• Collect outlet and customer insights to improve future campaigns and product strategies.
• Take increasing ownership of product and programme decisions as competency develops.

Requirements

• A background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Marketing, Business, Food Science or a related field is preferred.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially aware and interested in nutrition, preventive health and brand building.
