About the role

Pakt makes premium travel gear for people who care about design, function, and getting more out of the journey. We're a small, independent team based in Bozeman, building a growing consumer brand from the ground up—designing products, creating content, running an e-commerce business, working with factories around the world, supporting customers and retail partners, and figuring out a hundred other things along the way.

We're looking for a smart, energetic jack-of-all-trades to join us in our downtown Bozeman studio and help with a little bit of everything. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a modern consumer brand actually works.

One day you might be shooting a product demo or YouTube Short. The next you could be prepping products for a photo shoot, helping a customer, updating something on our website, organizing the studio, supporting a retail account, or jumping into an operations project.

We don't expect you to already know how to do all of those things. We do expect you to be curious, resourceful, organized, comfortable figuring things out, and ready to jump in wherever you're needed.

What You Might Work On

Content + Marketing

  • Help create content for Instagram, YouTube, email, and other channels
  • Shoot photos, product demos, and short-form video around the studio and Bozeman
  • Brainstorm travel tips, product stories, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Assist with product launches, email campaigns, and other marketing projects
  • Help manage our social channels and engage with the Pakt community

Customers + Sales

  • Engage with our community, answer product questions, and occasionally help with customer support
  • Assist with B2B and wholesale sales, from researching potential accounts to supporting existing retail partners
  • Help coordinate products and shipments for ambassadors, reviewers, photographers, and retailers

Studio + Operations

  • Help keep our downtown studio organized and running smoothly
  • Receive, organize, and track product samples
  • Prep products for photography, video, meetings, events, and trade shows
  • Update spreadsheets, trackers, product information, and other internal tools
  • Research vendors, products, competitors, travel information, or whatever else we're working on
  • Help with events, travel, and occasional special projects
  • Use AI and other tools to find smarter and faster ways of getting things done
  • Be the person who notices when something needs to get done—and gets it done

This isn't a narrowly defined role—and that's intentional.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a recent college grad, a few years into your career, or someone looking to make a move into the consumer products and e-commerce world. More important than your resume is how you operate. You're probably someone who:

  • Is naturally curious and loves learning new things
  • Is organized, dependable, and follows through
  • Has good taste and an eye for design and content
  • Is comfortable with social media and ideally enjoys creating content
  • Can take a loosely defined project and figure out how to move it forward
  • Isn't afraid to ask questions—but also knows how to research, experiment, and solve problems on your own
  • Likes variety and doesn't need every day to look the same
  • Is comfortable working for a small company where everyone pitches in
  • Knows your way around modern digital tools and is excited about using AI
  • Doesn't take yourself too seriously, but takes your work seriously

You don't need ten years of experience. You don't need to check every box. We'd rather find someone with energy, initiative, curiosity, and potential who wants to learn.

Bonus Points

  • Love travel, gear, design, photography, or the outdoors
  • Have experience creating social content—even if it's for your own accounts
  • Know your way around a camera and/or basic video editing
  • Have worked with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Are fascinated by how physical products a
