About Effora

Effora is a beauty and wellness brand across devices, topicals and supplements, built for Indian consumers. We are growing fast across Amazon, Flipkart, our own site and Nykaa, and expanding offline.

About the Role

You will work directly with the founder and do the work yourself: marketing, branding, ops, design and sales, online and offline. This is a 0-to-1 role. Nothing is fully built, and you will build it. We want someone who gets things done, learns fast and uses AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to do the work of a bigger team.

This is an execution role. Roughly 80% of the time you are doing, and 20% planning.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Growth

• Plan and run campaigns, launches and festive sales (Diwali, new SKUs and more).
• Coordinate creators, influencers and agencies, and track what works.
• Work with the performance marketing team on creatives, offers and results.
• Write copy for posts, ads, listings and emails.

Branding & Design

• Keep every touchpoint consistent with the Effora brand: a premium, simple, warm look.
• Create quick designs and edits yourself (Canva, Figma or similar) and brief the designer for bigger work.
• Review creative for quality before it goes live.

Online & Offline Sales

• Support marketplace and quick-commerce sales: listings, pricing, content and promotions.
• Help build offline distribution: salons, spas, clinics and retail.
• Follow up with partners, prepare pitches and close deals with the founder.

Operations

• Track orders, stock, vendors and dispatch with the ops team, and flag problems early.
• Build simple trackers and processes, and keep them current.
• Own follow-ups until each task is done.

AI-First Working

• Use Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools every day for research, writing, analysis, scripts, briefs and automation.
• Write strong prompts and turn repeated tasks into reusable workflows.
• Find new ways for AI to make the team faster.

Founder Support

• Turn the founder’s priorities into clear tasks and deadlines.
• Prepare summaries, reports and decision notes.
• Follow up across teams so work gets finished.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a D2C, startup or founder’s office role, covering marketing, growth, ops or sales.
• Strong in AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, with skill in writing prompts that produce usable output.
• Hands-on experience running at least two of: marketing campaigns, sales, operations, content or design.
• Basic design and editing skills in Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar.
• Strong writing and communication, and comfort in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High ownership: you take a task from idea to done without being chased.
• Based in or able to commute to Noida.

Good to Have

• Experience in beauty, wellness or consumer brands.
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa or Shopify.
• Experience working with creators or influencers.
• Experience with offline or B2B sales (salons, spas, clinics, distributors).
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make or no-code workflows.
• Earlier experience as a founder, in a founder’s office, or at an early-stage startup.
