WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?

Your role as the E-commerce Manager is to help us achieve our mission in enabling people and children to eat healthier and bring Millets back to our diets. Specifically, your mission will be:

• To drive business for Slurrp Farm and Millé on various e-commerce platforms.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at partner platforms to ensure business growth and identify key growth opportunities.
• Meet revenue targets by working on key business metrics like marketing, primary buying, budget allocation and availability.
• Design marketing strategies for platforms to scale the business while being ROI centric .
• Work closely with the Brand, Operations, Logistics and Finance teams internally to ensure business hygiene objectives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience - You bring a deep understanding of e-commerce marketplaces with past experience in or deal with Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket & Q-Commerce channels.
• Analytical skills - You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insights from it. Exhibit a probing mind and achieve penetrating insight. Display quantitative rigor in developing strategies, conclusions, and recommendations.
• ROI seeker - You’re able to strategically plan and monitor your campaigns very closely. Efficiently spend marketing budget with the goal to maximize RoI and reach.
• Organization/Planning - Your ability to plan, be organized and be on top of schedules is exceptional. You are proactive, focus on key priorities.
• Tenacity and Persistence - You are very focussed on making your targets, and relentlessly chase the goal.
• Bias for Action and Ownership - You understand your mission and outcomes, and act proactively. You do not need to be chased or told what to do; instead you bring your ideas to the company and take initiative to lead them. You have complete ownership over your work.
• Critical thinking - You are a logical thinker and a naturally deep thinker - we will interview you for this.
