About the Role

Softtrix Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive with hands-on experience in search engine optimization and AI-driven search strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and the ability to execute campaigns independently to improve organic visibility, website performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement effective optimization strategies.
• Perform keyword research based on search intent, search volume, competition, and business objectives.
• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Analyze competitor strategies, SERP performance, content gaps, and backlink profiles.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve website authority.
• Optimize website content to improve organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated with AI-driven search developments, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Google AI Overviews.
• Explore optimization strategies for AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Analyze SEO performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of practical experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and keyword research.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard SEO tools.
• Understanding of AI SEO, AEO, GEO, and evolving search engine algorithms.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage SEO activities independently and focus on measurable results.
