At Evolvery, we're the leading digital marketing agency in the Baltics, helping digital businesses reach their full potential. We're looking for an SEO Specialist to run client accounts: set the strategy, do the work that needs a specialist, and own the result.

This is not a role where you follow a checklist. You'll develop strategies, execute them hands-on, and coordinate juniors and freelancers to get things done. Some weeks you'll be deep in technical audits; others you'll be shaping content strategy, optimizing for AI-powered search, or analyzing what's actually moving the needle for a client.

One thing to know up front: the routine layer here, data pulls, first drafts of briefs, reporting, crawl triage, runs on AI. You're expected to work that way, check what it produces, and improve the workflows rather than wait for someone to hand them to you. The time that frees up goes into strategy, client conversations, and the calls that decide whether an account grows.

What You'll Do

• Own SEO and GEO strategy on your accounts, driving visibility across evolving Google Search and AI-powered search platforms
• Do the hands-on work: technical audits, on-page and content strategy, entity and semantic SEO, link building direction
• Run research, content workflows, and reporting through our AI tooling, and catch it when the output is wrong
• Build or improve the AI workflows behind repetitive SEO work instead of absorbing it manually
• Coordinate execution across juniors and freelancers
• Analyze and report through the lens of business outcomes, not vanity rankings

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency or client-side
• Solid across technical SEO, on-page optimization, semantic and entity-based SEO, content strategy, and link building & digital PR
• AI already part of your daily workflow, not something you plan to try, with interest in or experience with GEO and AI-driven search optimization
• Confident with the standard stack: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio or similar
• Ability to think strategically, connect SEO work to business outcomes, and defend priorities in those terms
• Understanding of the broader marketing mix and user journey
• Organized and proactive across several client projects, comfortable directing juniors and freelancers
• Clear communicator who can explain SEO to non-technical clients and colleagues

Nice to Have

• Automation skills (n8n, Make, Python, or API-level work)
• Hands-on GEO / LLM visibility experimentation
• Large ecommerce or multi-market account experience

This role can grow with us. The trajectory is larger and more complex accounts, and becoming the specialist clients ask for by name.

Salary: Starting at €3000 gross/month (full-time, 0.75 arrangement possible). Depending on experience and qualifications.
