What You’ll Own

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

• Build and execute an SEO-led content strategy that drives organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Identify high-intent keywords, content gaps, competitor opportunities, and quick wins.
• Own website content across blogs, landing pages, category pages, and product pages.
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings, CTR, and organic performance.
• Think beyond traditional SEO and explore opportunities in AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search.

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Use AI tools to research, structure, draft, optimize, and scale content without compromising quality.
• Build smart, repeatable content workflows that improve speed and output.
• Turn complex product features, customer pain points, and search insights into compelling content.
• Know when AI is enough, when human expertise is needed, and how to make content genuinely useful rather than generic.

Content That Gets Discovered

• Create high-quality blogs, buying guides, product narratives, and marketplace content for Amazon and Flipkart.
• Explore unconventional content distribution and visibility opportunities on Reddit, Quora, and relevant communities.
• Build a consistent brand voice while adapting content to different platforms and search intent.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with SEO, AEO/GEO, PR, and other external agencies.
• Challenge recommendations, identify gaps, track deliverables, and ensure execution translates into measurable results.
• Own monthly content calendars, priorities, and performance reviews.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong command of technical and on-page SEO, keyword research, search intent, internal linking, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create and optimize content at scale.
• Excellent writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills.
• A growth mindset: you experiment, test, analyze, and double down on what works.
• A resourceful, problem-solving approach. You don't wait for the perfect brief or a big team to get things done.
• Ability to connect content efforts with actual business outcomes, not just page views.

Bonus Points If You

• Have grown organic traffic or rankings from the ground up.
• Understand how brands can gain visibility in AI-generated search results.
• Have built AI-assisted content systems or automated parts of the content workflow.
• Have experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEO research tools, and performance reporting.
• Know how to build topical authority and earn visibility beyond conventional blog publishing.
