How It All Started

In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry- defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Your Challenges

1. Manage EcoFlow's social media channels in Indonesia, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, covering content planning, localization, community engagement, and performance tracking.
2. Develop and optimize localized social media content and strategies based on consumer insights, platform trends, and performance data to improve brand awareness and engagement.
3. Identify and manage local KOLs and content creators, including partner sourcing, evaluation, collaboration planning, content coordination, and performance review.
4. Collaborate with HQ Marketing, Sales, Design, Media teams, and local partners to localize global marketing initiatives and execute campaigns, promotional activities, and offline events.
5. Monitor local market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth.

Your profile includes

1. Experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or related marketing roles. Experience in technology or consumer electronics is a plus.
2. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as KOL and influencer marketing.
3. Good understanding of Indonesian consumers, local social media trends, and the marketing landscape.
4. Native-level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, with working proficiency in either English or Mandarin.
5. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
