About the role
REAL is seeking experienced kiters, surfers, foilers and wingers who are excited to help others progress in a safe and fun environment.
Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of their sport, excellent communication skills, a positive and patient approach, and a firm commitment to safety and customer service. Prior coaching experience is preferred.
