About the role
Bikester Global is looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, and HR operations for our store and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background verification, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and offer issuance.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, HRMS, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle monthly payroll processing for store and office employees.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and applicable statutory compliance.
