About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage daily online operations, inventory, order processing, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including inventory, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Process online orders accurately and promptly using the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve order-related issues and identify opportunities to improve e-commerce processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with online order processing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
