As the face of our brand, you’ll be on the front line delivering an exceptional in-store experience, building connections with customers, and showcasing the creativity that defines us.

What you’ll be doing

• Be the go-to person for customers — from friendly chats to product demos that wow.
• Turn browsers into buyers by hitting sales goals and celebrating team wins.
• Keep things running smooth — process sales with ease and know your products inside out.
• Make the store shine with eye-catching displays and a clean, organised vibe.
• Stay on top of stock — help with deliveries, restocks, and keeping shelves full.
• Solve problems with a smile — whether it’s questions, returns, or special requests.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year retail experience.
• Confident communicator with strong English skills.
• Flexible with shifts and availability to support all stores within a state.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Team player who collaborates and supports others.
• Proactive, passionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Keen eye for creating authentic, on-brand content tailored for social media.
