We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our France Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

You’ll help develop and deliver the French marketing strategy, driving consumer and retail demand for MGA’s brands. Working closely with the France Marketing Manager, Sales team, US colleagues and agency partners, you’ll bring campaigns to life, manage product lines and support commercial growth.

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across PR, TV, digital and social advertising, sales promotions, merchandising and retail touchpoints to engage children and parents.
  • Manage agency partners and project budgets, monitor campaign KPIs and return on investment, and adjust activity to improve results.
  • Develop B2B brand partnerships and experiential activity that bring our brands to life.
  • Support the French product portfolio, including new launches, product positioning, competitor analysis and samples for customer selections.
  • Work with US colleagues to maintain product assets, including imagery, sales sheets, presentations, instruction manuals, rich media and product specifications.
  • Review French product line performance, including weekly customer EPOS and market data such as Circana, to inform decisions.
  • Partner with Sales on seasonal presentations, listings, exclusives and customer activity that support sell-in and sell-through, including retail promotions, online content and catalogue pages.
  • Oversee customer new-line and specification forms, retailer portal uploads and product sample management.
  • Help keep the French showroom current and support the organisation of and attendance at trade fairs and exhibitions.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least three years’ brand management experience within consumer goods; experience in toys or marketing to parents and children is preferred.
  • A degree in business or marketing is desirable.
  • Broad experience across the marketing mix, including strategy, planning, trade marketing, partnerships, events, research, PR, e-commerce, CRM, digital and social media, and product development.
  • Product line management experience and confidence managing multiple external agencies.
  • Commercial and financial awareness, with confidence using data, setting budgets and monitoring performance.
  • Strong organisation, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across teams.
  • A practical, collaborative approach, enthusiasm for consumer brands and retail, and the confidence to work independently.
  • Resilience, flexibility and a calm approach in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook, and confidence using platforms such as Google Docs and Box. Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.
