We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead and grow a premium brand portfolio in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own brand and category performance, including P&L management
• Develop and execute 360° brand strategies across retail, digital, e-commerce, and media channels
• Manage a multi-brand portfolio, ensuring strong positioning and differentiation
• Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to align local execution with broader brand strategies
• Build and strengthen retailer and business partner relationships
• Drive sell-out performance through impactful launches, activations, and marketing initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure strong execution excellence
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand management, category management, or related commercial marketing roles
• Experience managing premium, luxury, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
• Commercially minded with a solid understanding of retail and e-commerce environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
