About the role
Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating inventory and order information in databases.
Order Processing: Assisting with the processing of customer orders and ensuring all details are
correct.
Logistics Support: Aiding in the coordination of transportation and logistics for products.
Documentation: Preparing and managing necessary documents, including purchase orders and
shipping labels.
Tracking Shipments: Monitoring shipment status and updating relevant parties on delivery
schedules.
Scheduling Deliveries: Assisting in scheduling delivery times with carriers and customers.
Quality Control: Assisting in quality checks of incoming and outgoing goods for all packaging.
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery times, and
product availability.
Reporting: Assisting in creating reports on inventory levels, sales, and delivery performance.
Requirements
Graduation
Excellent Excel skills required
