Rachel Donath is looking for a proactive, highly organised Supply Chain & Customer Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This hands-on role will oversee supplier coordination, purchase order tracking, delayed order management, and claims and returns, while ensuring our customers receive clear, proactive communication and thoughtful solutions. Working closely with our Head of Operations, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
