HungryPanda is a leading global Asian food delivery platform, operating across 10 countries. We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Specialist to join our Melbourne marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED) and other platforms.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with marketing, operations,and business development teams to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and content performance.
• Support campaign execution, community engagement and brand growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written communication skills.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar creative tools.
• Experience with Xiaohongshu, Instagram and TikTok is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in food delivery, e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus.
