Job Description
- Develop monthly content plans based on brand objectives and trends.
- Create detailed content briefs for the design team, including visual references, copywriting direction, and format.
- Write and tailor captions for each platform, aligned with Boleh Belajar's tone of voice.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
- Engage with audiences through comments and DMs across platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide insights to improve future content.
Requirements
- Active user of Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
- Strong copywriting skills with understanding of hooks, body, and CTA
- Able to create social media reports and performance analysis
- Up-to-date with social media trends and digital culture
- Good communication, time management, and able to work independently
- Available for freelance/contract-based work
- Plus point: Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations & Interest in digital marketing or education
