We're looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-driven Senior Performance Analyst to join our Process Excellence team. The Opportunity

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you'll play an important role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational performance across different business units and operational functions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to strengthen performance visibility, identify gaps, and support data-driven decisions that improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking frameworks.
• Analyze operational productivity, quality, service levels, and performance against established SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Consolidate performance data across business units and operational functions to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead performance review meetings and facilitate discussions around operational results.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Track improvement initiatives and ensure agreed actions are implemented effectively.
• Support benchmarking, knowledge sharing, and performance standardization across teams.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify process and system inefficiencies.
• Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in operational performance analysis, business analysis, performance reporting, or process improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint and operational reporting skills.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, or data visualization platforms is preferred.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, productivity analysis, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Experience within warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce, or retail operations would be particularly valuable.
