As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll bring those ideas to life through strong craft, sharp execution, and consistent visual quality.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Execution: Create high-quality digital artworks and social assets across campaigns and branded content.
• Visual Craft: Develop strong layouts, typography, graphic elements, and visual treatments across formats.
• Design Development: Translate creative concepts and art direction into polished visual executions.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high design standards across deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Motion teams throughout the creative process.
• Innovation: Stay current with design trends, social formats, and emerging technologies, including AI tools.

What You Need

• Experience: 3 - 4 years in graphic design, with hands-on experience in digital, social, and Social Outreach work.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
• Tech Stack: Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills. Working knowledge of motion/video and AI design tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Good English, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines independently.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback.
