About the role
Lead the shop and make it your own. You'll build and coach a small crew, get to know our regulars by name, and represent Bridge & Burn across the Bend community, from First Friday to the businesses next door. You'll work closely with our Portland studio on product and merchandising, with plenty of room for your ideas.
