Traya is a direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform that provides holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hair loss. The Company provides personalized consultations that help determine the root cause of hair fall among individuals, along with a range of hair care products that are curated from a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Traya's secret lies in the power of diagnosis. Our unique platform diagnoses the patient’s hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep. We have a strong adherence system in place via medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track. Traya is founded by Saloni Anand, a techie turned marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus.

Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Senior Content Executive who can own content end-to-end - from sharp scripting and creator briefing to coordinating with editors and delivering finished assets that drive measurable results. In this role, you will stay on top of everything within your portfolio, maintaining complete ownership of asset creation, delivery, and creative strategy. You should be equally comfortable crafting brand narratives and owning the performance impact of ad creatives through constant, data-led optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Content Strategy & Portfolio Ownership

• Develop and execute a performance-focused content strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Stay on top of everything within your creative portfolio, managing timelines, production schedules, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Build clear content pillars for awareness, education, trust-building, and conversion while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

2. Scripting & Asset Production

• Lead scripting as a core competency - writing compelling, high-converting hooks, ad copy, and narrative angles rooted in deep brand understanding.
• Manage end-to-end creative workflows: write scripts, brief creators/influencers, direct creative intent, and coordinate closely with video editors and designers to deliver polished, performance-ready assets.
• Translate women's hair health, product education, and customer transformation stories into engaging, platform-native formats through consumer insights.

3. Performance Creative & Creative Optimization

• Own the performance impact of ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to continuously iterate and optimize winning creatives.
• Run structured creative testing frameworks, constantly experimenting with new hooks, angles, messaging, and visual formats based on performance learnings.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner seamlessly with performance marketers, designers, editors, and product teams to translate campaign requirements into high-performing creative assets.
• Support influencer, partnership, and retention initiatives with tailored, high-impact content briefs and assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance content creation and creative strategy, ideally within D2C, health, wellness, or beauty (For regional content Tamil & Telugu)
• Exceptional scripting and copywriting skills grounded in brand identity and modern female consumer psychology.
• Proven ability to manage the full content lifecycle — from initial concept and creator briefs to final editor coordination and asset delivery.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics with a track record of driving impact through iterative testing and optimization.
• Deep understanding of platform trends, social-native formats, and SEO best practices.
• Proactive portfolio ownership with top-tier organizational, communication, and creative management skills
