About the role

My Nerdy Teacher is a DTC e-commerce brand making printable reading, math, and writing resources for kids ages 3 to 12 since 2014. We sell through our Shopify store and membership site, and grow through Meta ads, email marketing, and socials.

  • 300,000+ teachers have used our resources
  • 100,000+ five-star reviews
  • Customers across the US, Australia, and Canada

We're a remote team of 10 full-time people plus contractors, mostly in Cluj-Napoca, with teammates in the US, LATAM, and the Philippines. Our core team has been with us for 5+ years.

What you'll do

We always have 4 to 5 digital products in the pipeline, and every launch needs ads, emails and assets shipped on time.

You own the full pipeline, from product briefing to publishing (Shopify, our membership, marketing assets).

You set up the operations and manage them. You have a team that executes.

If you’ve run creative content pipelines (eg: creative production at an ads agency, product management at mobile gaming studios, or creative ops for a DTC brand), you’ll find this type of work familiar.

The entire team under you is focused solely on our brand, so there’s no resource juggling between clients.

Product delivery (about 40%)

  • Run every digital product project from brief to launch
  • Set each project's goals, tasks and team, balance workloads and plan cover
  • Launch products on Shopify and our membership site with ads and email assets ready

Creative and marketing operations (about 40%)

  • Own the ad production pipeline: briefs, versions, review and delivery to Meta specs
  • Make sure our creative team (creative strategists, designers, video editors, copywriters, UGC creators) delivers ads on time
  • Manage our asset library

Systems (about 15%)

  • Write SOPs and checklists people use, and fill gaps in existing ones
  • Organize our knowledge base in Notion

Hiring and people ops (about 5%)

  • When we grow the team: post jobs, screen, and bring us a shortlist
  • Light people ops: onboarding, days off

What success looks like

  • First 90 days: you own product delivery and the ad pipeline. Every project has an owner, a timeline, and visible blockers.
  • First year: product and creative run on systems you built

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of project management and operations, owning the plan, not just execution
  • Experience at a DTC brand, a creative agency, or in creative operations
  • Experience managing creative production pipelines
  • SOPs you wrote that people kept using
  • You flag risks before anyone asks
  • Fluent English

Nice to haves: Asana or Notion, automation and AI tools.

How we work

  • Full-time, remote, anywhere in Europe
  • Flexible hours, async with our US team

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, based on experience
  • Yearly performance bonus and salary review
  • 24 paid days off, plus your birthday
  • Learning budget and paid AI tools
  • A yearly in-person team meetup

Our process: screening call, skills interview, reference check, final conversation.
