About The Team

The Product Analyst team in Regional Operations partners closely with Product, Operations, BI, and Data PM teams to support data-driven decision-making across markets. We focus on defining and interpreting key metrics, designing analytical frameworks, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. As part of our AI-enabled transformation, the team actively explores how AI-assisted tools can improve analytical efficiency, consistency, and impact - while maintaining strong analytical judgment and business context.

Job Description

• Translate complex data and model performance into clear, actionable insights for product and engineering teams, shaping the product roadmap and the prioritisation of new features
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop hypotheses, design A/B tests and multivariate experiments for model and feature launches, and analyse results to provide actionable recommendations
• Present findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional audiences
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and provide visibility for continuous product optimisation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with strong academic credentials. Candidates who are currently pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree should be expected to graduate by Jul 2027, and all candidates must be able to join us by Aug 2027
• Candidates who meet the above requirements and are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree or above must be able to join us on a full-time basis by Aug 2027. A Master’s Degree or above is advantageous but not required
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Prior experiences in product management, data analytics, or data-driven roles, internship or full-time
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with a knack for turning complex problems into practical solutions
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholder
• Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic environment
