Position: Performance Creative Strategist

We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who can craft compelling ad copies and concepts that drive conversions. The ideal candidate should understand brand voices, consumer psychology, and persuasive writing, along with the ability to read Meta Ad Accounts and analyze ad performance to identify opportunities for creative improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and high-converting ad copies for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers to conceptualize visuals and creatives aligned with campaign strategies.
• Research target audiences and craft messaging that resonates with them.
• Develop ad copy and creative variations for A/B testing.
• Read and analyze Meta Ad Accounts to understand ad performance and identify successful creative patterns.
• Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and ad spend to gain insights into creative performance.
• Use ad performance data to suggest improvements in copy, concepts, hooks, and creative angles.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, consumer behavior, and competitor campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad copies and campaign concepts.
• Ability to understand and adapt to different brand tones and industries.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and the ability to read and interpret ad account performance.
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels, consumer psychology, and persuasive writing techniques.
• Ability to use performance insights to develop better ad concepts and creative strategies.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Market Competitive
