We are advertising for a Repairs Administrator for our Berry's Store at 44 Commercial Street and also to include our Breitling Boutique at 1 Commercial Street Leeds. There is an excellent team in place at both stores, and we require someone who is keen and eager to add to this. You will need to be an excellent communicator, excellent team player, have excellent product knowledge and ideally relevant industry experience

Three days per week, totalling 22.5 hours. Basic salary from tbc (dependent on experience) we also offer a discretionary company bonus scheme, (after a qualifying period), pension scheme, staff uniform allowance generous staff discount.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• To control the Stores repair department, ensuring excellent customer care and profitability.
• Deal with incoming post and direct it to appropriate department.
• Process incoming repairs and outgoing repairs to customers, manufacturers and local workshops.
• Proficient use of the brand service portals where available.
• Proficient use of the internal Pursuit repairs system.
• Advise customers and deal with their jewellery and watches brought in for repair.
• Ensure all enquiries are followed up and that the correct administration procedures are followed.
• To perform clerical duties associated with the work of the department, i.e. completion of Pursuit repairs system documentation, manufacturers dispatch notes, sales invoices and any other relevant documentation.
• Assist in keeping staff informed of repairs pricing, deadlines and training where applicable.
• To work closely with the repairs and aftersales manager to use best practice.
