Wallace Mercantile Shop is hiring an Operations Manager to own inventory, warehouse and store operations, and to work directly with the founder on making the business run better.

We're an independent menswear boutique in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, founded in 2017. We sell in-store and online through Shopify, shipping to customers in more than 40 countries; a large share of our orders ship outside Canada. That means a lot of inbound and outbound freight, customs brokerage and supplier coordination for a shop our size, and it's where this role makes the biggest difference.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes solving operational problems with data, sets clear goals and follows through on them, and communicates well with a small team, suppliers and carriers. You'll spend most of your time at the store, with regular time at our office and warehouse.
