Wonder Goods is a profitable D2C company behind WonderStand (home and kitchen organizers) and Mr. Right (pest control, automotive and home care). Our products move every day across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, backed by our own manufacturing and warehouse.

We're a founder-led team at the point where operations decide how fast we grow. We're looking for an Operations Lead who has done this before and wants to own it, not just run it.

What you'll own

• End-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart
• POs, dispatch and fulfilment discipline, so every order and every PO goes out on time
• Platform account health: complaint scores, seller metrics, disputes, settlements and RTVs
• Warehouse and stock: inward/outward, inventory accuracy, warehouse-HO coordination
• Leading a team of Ops Executives and working with our warehouse team
• Building the processes, trackers and SOPs that let ops scale without firefighting
• Working directly with the founders, with real say in how operations are run

Who you are (mandatory)

• 5+ years in operations in the E-commerce / Quick Commerce industry, OR
• 5+ years in operations at a D2C brand, working directly with E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms

Profiles without E-commerce, Quick Commerce or D2C platform experience will not be considered.

You'll stand out if you have

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart, and Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart backends
• A track record of fixing dispatch delays, PO acceptance issues or account health problems
• Experience leading a small ops team and coordinating with warehouse staff
• Comfort reporting directly to founders and making decisions without waiting for a process to exist
