About the role

What You Will Do

  • Creator discovery and sourcing: Research and identify TikTok creators whose content style, audience, and on-camera presence are a strong fit for VIVAIA. Build and maintain an organised creator pipeline across priority markets, content formats, product categories, and creator profiles.
  • Outreach, booking, and relationship coordination: Manage a high-volume creator outreach and follow-up workflow in a timely, warm, and professional manner. Book sufficient qualified creators to support the launch of approximately 90 UGC videos per month. Clearly explain the exchange in each outreach: product in return for specified content, or a pre-approved small fee where applicable. Coordinate product selection, shipping, timelines, required information, and creator queries from first contact through content delivery and launch.
  • Creative briefing: Adapt approved campaign direction into concise, creator-friendly briefs. Clearly communicate product benefits, audience insight, creative angles, required deliverables, usage rights, disclosure requirements, timelines, and key do’s and don’ts while protecting the creator’s authentic voice.
  • Content review and quality control: Conduct first-pass review of submitted videos against the brief, brand standards, factual accuracy, technical requirements, and commercial usability. Consolidate actionable feedback and escalate potential issues promptly.
  • Campaign operations and reporting: Keep creator trackers, campaign calendars, product-shipment status, compensation terms, rights records, and content libraries accurate and up to date. Track the funnel from outreach to booking, delivery, and launch, so that the team can reliably deliver approximately 90 launched UGC videos per month. Report on creator response rates, acceptance rate, delivery timeliness, content volume, content quality, cost per delivered asset, and content adoption in paid or owned channels.

What We Are Looking For

  • TikTok-native instinct: You genuinely use and understand TikTok. You can recognise natural creator storytelling, identify why a video holds attention, and differentiate between a trend and an enduring content format.
  • Strong written English: You can write clear, friendly, concise outreach, creator briefs, feedback, and internal updates. Additional language capability is a plus.
  • Excellent organisation: You are detail-oriented and reliable when managing many conversations, deadlines, creator details, content files, and trackers at once.
  • Curiosity about creators and culture: You enjoy discovering emerging creators, learning how different audiences communicate, and bringing fresh observations to the team.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset: You take ownership of follow-ups, communicate early when something is at risk, and work constructively across teams.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, fashion, business, or a related field is welcome but not essential. Internship, campus-project, creator-management, social-media, agency, retail, or content-production experience is a plus. We will also consider strong candidates with a demonstrable passion for creator marketing and a thoughtful TikTok portfolio or personal content account.
