JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in finding and selecting suitable KOLs/KOCs for campaigns.
• Support outreach and basic coordination during the booking process.
• Help follow up with creators to ensure content is submitted on time and meets basic guidelines.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating campaign information for the team.
• Help maintain the KOL/KOC database and support creator community activities.
• Assist in keeping communication and relationships with creators.
• Research beauty KOL trends and competitor activities.
• Provide simple summaries to support the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 - 6 months experience in KOL booking, influencer marketing, or e-commerce affiliate management (beauty industry is a plus).
• Skills & Knowledge:

○ Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

○ Good communication skills and willingness to interact with creators.

○ Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with guidance.

○ Willingness to learn and support the team in daily operations.

○ Responsible, organized, and able to work 5 days per week.

○ Can communicate effectively in English & Vietnamese.

WORKING HOUR & LOCATION

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday at 9AM - 6PM and Saturday at 8:30AM - 12:30PM (WFH)
