Jive PR + Digital is an award-winning PR, influencer, and social agency with an 18-year track record of growing brands and multi-location experiences across North America. We help consumer and immersive brands scale through culturally relevant storytelling, social content, UGC, and influencer campaigns that actually move the needle on awareness, engagement, and sales.
Our values are simple but non-negotiable: we are Proactive, we bring real Passion to the work and the impact it creates, we take full Ownership of our clients’ businesses as if they were our own, and we are relentlessly focused on Results. These aren’t poster words. They’re how we hire, how we decide, and how we show up for clients and for each other.
Our Secret Sauce: The 3 R’s
- Return on Other Brands’ Investments: We’ve spent 18 years making the expensive mistakes so our clients don’t have to. Every campaign is informed by what worked (and what flopped) across 50+ brands.
- Relevance through Cultural Integration: Great brands don’t interrupt culture. They participate in it. We put clients inside conversations people are already having instead of shouting over them.
- Right Stage, Right Strategy: A legacy brand and a startup need completely different playbooks. We diagnose where a business really is, then build the strategy that actually gets it where it wants to go.
Description of the Role
Do you know what makes a creator worth partnering with, and what makes a post worth stopping the scroll for? We’re looking for a culturally fluent Influencer & Social Media Coordinator to join our US team (remote) full-time. This is a true hybrid role. You’ll own creator partnerships from first outreach to final report, and you’ll plan, publish, and grow our clients’ organic social channels. You’ll identify creators who align with our clients’ brand identities, run campaigns that drive engagement and trust, and turn that content into always-on social programs that build community and deliver results. This is an ideal position for someone who lives and breathes digital culture, moves easily between creator relations and community management, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
Responsibilities
Your role would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Collaborate with clients to define influencer and UGC strategies that meet campaign objectives.
- Identify, vet, and recruit aligned influencers and creators; negotiate rates and usage rights, and manage contracts.
- Manage multiple campaigns end-to-end, including outreach, brief development, product seeding, content review, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain a strong roster of vetted creators aligned with client goals and brand voice.
Social Media Management
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Write platform-native captions and copy, and partner with designers and creators to produce content built for each channel.
- Schedule and publish content, and manage day-to-day community engagement, comments, and DMs in each brand’s voice.
- Repurpose and amplify influencer and UGC content across clients’ owned channels.
Across Both
- Analyze influencer and organic social performance, delivering insights tied to objectives and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on creator trends, platform updates, and industry news, and bring proactive ideas to clients.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and support senior team members as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
This is important | Please only apply if:
- 3+ years of experience in both influencer marketing and social media management. This role requires both.
- 3+ years of agency experience.
- Based in the US and authorized to work in the US.
- Proven experience running influencer campaigns end-to-end, including rate negotiation and contracts.
- Proven experience managing brand social channels, including content calendars, copywriting, scheduling, and community management.
- Deep understanding of social media culture, trends, creator communities, and platform algorithms.

- Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets, creator platforms, social scheduling tools, and Google Drive.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion, and basic project management software is a plus.
