Role Description

Dolce Glow is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing, Beauty to lead our global brand marketing strategy as we enter our next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced beauty marketing executive who understands how to build brand equity, create culturally relevant consumer moments and translate marketing strategy into commercial growth.

This role will own integrated strategy across brand marketing, social, influencer and affiliate, PR, creative and retail marketing, while leading go-to-market strategy for product launches and key brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience within prestige beauty, a strong understanding of the Sephora ecosystem, and a proven ability to build brands across retail and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience
• Prestige beauty industry experience required
• Strong experience with Sephora and/or comparable prestige beauty retailers
• Proven experience developing and leading integrated brand marketing strategy
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling beauty products
• Deep understanding of beauty consumers, product storytelling and category trends
• Experience across social, influencer, affiliate, PR, creative and retail marketing
• Strong understanding of omnichannel businesses across retail, DTC and Amazon
• Experience leading teams and managing agency partners
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing investment to business results
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment
• Los Angeles-based and able to work in a hybrid office environment
