Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Ads Management

• Manage and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns across marketplaces
• Monitor ad spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, and overall performance
• Improve keyword targeting, bidding, and campaign efficiency
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns

2. Marketplace Health & Operations

• Coordinate with marketplace teams for growth opportunities
• Ensure listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog health are maintained
• Work with inventory, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Help resolve operational issues related to orders, POs, and payments when required

3. Pricing Execution

• Execute pricing updates across marketplaces, ensuring consistency and competitiveness
• Monitor and adjust prices basis competition, promotions, and business inputs

4. Reporting

• Track daily/weekly performance
• Share insights on sales, ad performance, and growth opportunities
• Support business planning for key sale events

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing marketplace ads and operations
• Experience in marketplace or e-commerce management
• Basic to strong understanding of marketplace ads
• Good analytical and Excel skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills
