Role Description The Graphic Designer – D2C Consumer Brand role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Graphic Designer will create and adapt visual assets for D2C channels, including website graphics, social media creatives, digital ads, email campaigns, and marketplace listings, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned layouts, illustrations, and marketing collaterals, refining product packaging concepts, and producing promotional material for both online and offline campaigns. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to translate briefs into clear visual concepts, optimize designs for performance and user engagement, and support ongoing brand storytelling. The Graphic Designer will also maintain design libraries, follow brand guidelines, and participate in brainstorming for new campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and the ability to create high-quality Graphics for D2C and digital-first campaigns.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across platforms.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for clear, engaging, and readable visual communication.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar software).
• Demonstrated experience designing for consumer brands, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or Ayurvedic/healthcare sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, packaging, social media campaigns, and brand design work.
• Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
