STARbies, our internship program, is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and skincare industry. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals across various divisions, contributing to innovative projects while developing your skills and enhancing your knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, etc.)
• Has experiences in video editing using CapCut is a plus
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
• Have high creativity to create creative visuals and good communication
• High attention to detail, precision, and creative minds with knowledge of industry trends

Responsibilities

• Develop design and various creative materials for social media, marketing, and internal needs
• Think creatively and ideate innovative design concepts, layouts, and images with time constraints
• Ensure good visual quality for all output of the marketing channel
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
