Role Description The EU Sales Marketing Manager for California Sports Sunglass Brand at SUPACAZ is a full-time, on-site role based in Andalusia, Spain. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for cycling, baseball, and padel sunglasses across European markets, focusing on brand growth, dealer relationships, and end-customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing key retail and distribution accounts, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating promotions and campaigns, and analyzing sales performance and market trends. The role also involves planning and attending industry events, collaborating with product and design teams to adapt offerings to local market needs, and creating regionally relevant marketing content for digital and in-store channels. The individual in this position will work closely with the global team to ensure brand consistency while tailoring strategies to the European sports and outdoor landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management within sporting goods, eyewear, cycling, or related industries, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Background in marketing or brand management, including campaign planning, digital and social media marketing, and retail/point-of-sale activation.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and translate insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth and brand positioning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across international teams and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other European languages is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site and traveling within Europe for customer visits, events, and trade shows.
• Passion for cycling and sports such as baseball or padel, with an understanding of athlete and enthusiast needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
