Naked Wolfe is looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Manager to own the performance of our online store. You will run the site day to day, plan trading and promotions, and turn data into decisions that grow revenue, conversion and average order value. You should bring a proven record of growing a fashion or footwear ecommerce business and a sharp eye for how a premium brand should look and feel online.

Key responsibilities

• Own ecommerce revenue targets and report weekly on sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and returns, with clear actions behind every number.
• Manage the Shopify storefront day to day, including product launches, merchandising, collection pages, homepage updates and site content.
• Plan and run the trading calendar, including drops, promotions and key moments such as Black Friday, working closely with marketing to align campaigns.
• Merchandise the site using sales and stock data, ensuring the right products get prominence and slow sellers are actioned early.
• Ensure every product goes live accurately and on time, with complete copy, imagery, sizing, pricing and SEO.
• Improve the customer journey through testing, UX improvements and app or tool evaluation, prioritising changes by commercial impact.
• Work with operations and customer service to keep stock, delivery, returns and customer experience running smoothly.
• Manage relationships with agencies, developers and platform partners, briefing work clearly and holding them to deadlines.

What you bring

• Substantial ecommerce management experience, ideally at a fashion, footwear or premium lifestyle brand.
• Strong Shopify experience and a working knowledge of Google Analytics, merchandising tools and ecommerce apps.
• Confident, data-led decision making, with the ability to turn reporting into clear trading actions.
• A strong feel for fashion and brand presentation, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
