The Ecommerce team owns the digital storefront across web and app. Since moving to Shopify Plus, we've shifted from delivery support to running the site commercially, across three pillars: Trading, Content and Optimisation. We're a small team that moves fast, tests everything and uses AI tooling as standard.

You'll keep our site fresh, accurate and easy to shop, every week. Merchandising isn't set once, it's maintained continuously, and you'll own that rhythm. You'll use AI-assisted workflows to do the routine work faster, so more of your time goes on making the site better through data lead decisions.

• 1–3 years in an ecommerce, merchandising or online trading role.
• Hands-on with a CMS or ecommerce platform (Shopify ideally).
• AI fluency: you already use AI tools to work faster and you're keen to build workflows, not just prompts.
• Strong attention to detail, and comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
• Organised and proactive: you spot what's out of date and fix it before anyone asks.
• Interest in beauty and great online shopping experiences.

Nice to have: Shopify admin or bulk-editing tools; GA4; experience in a beauty or DTC brand.

• Sort, tag and refresh collections so they always reflect what's new, what's selling and what's in stock.
• Manage site search synonyms and filters, so members find what they're looking for.
• Make PDP and content updates live in Shopify, working with the Content team.
• Set up the site for launches and key trading moments, including peak.
• Check the site regularly and fix broken links, out-of-stock features and pricing errors.

Reporting and insight

• Build and run the automated weekly trading reports the team trades from.
• Spot what's working and what isn't on site, and bring ideas to the weekly trade review.

Automation and AI

• Run and improve AI-assisted merchandising and reporting workflows, with the team's AI lead.
• Find routine tasks that can be automated, and automate them.
