We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Agent who can independently market our products, attract customers, and generate consistent sales.

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Agent at Swift Basket, you will be responsible for promoting our products through digital channels and generating measurable sales.

This is a target-driven remote position designed for individuals who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and deliver results without constant supervision.

Your performance will be evaluated using clearly defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Please note: Swift Basket does not provide an advertising budget. Agents are expected to generate sales through organic marketing and other cost-effective promotional methods. You may use paid advertising at your own discretion if you have your own budget.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Swift Basket products through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other suitable digital channels.

Develop and implement marketing strategies that generate sales.

Identify target audiences and attract potential customers.

Drive traffic to the Swift Basket website and convert visitors into paying customers.

Meet established daily and monthly sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and report on results.

Experiment with different marketing approaches to improve conversion rates.

Maintain consistent marketing activity and manage time effectively while working remotely.

Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.

Performance Targets and Compensation

1. Basic Monthly Salary

The position offers a basic monthly salary of R7,000, subject to the applicable employment terms and performance-management requirements.

Performance will be monitored against established KPIs, including sales generated, marketing activity, and overall productivity.

Employees who consistently fail to meet performance expectations may be subject to performance reviews and appropriate corrective measures in accordance with applicable employment requirements.

2. Monthly Sales Target

The expected sales targets are

Daily target: 5 sales.

Monthly target: 110 qualifying sales.

The monthly target of 110 sales is the principal milestone for earning the performance bonus.

Sales must be attributable to the agent and meet the company's requirements for qualifying transactions.

3. Monthly Performance Bonus

Agents who achieve at least 110 qualifying sales within a calendar month will receive an additional R1,000 performance bonus.

This bonus rewards agents who meet the company's monthly sales milestone.

4. Commission on Additional Sales

Agents who exceed the monthly target may earn additional commission on qualifying sales above the agreed threshold.

The commission rate, calculation method, and payment terms will be communicated separately.

This provides an opportunity for high-performing agents to increase their earnings by generating additional sales.

Advertising Budget and Marketing Resources

Swift Basket does not provide a budget for paid advertising.

Agents are expected to explore organic and cost-effective marketing strategies, including:

Social media content and product promotion.

WhatsApp marketing.

Organic audience growth and engagement.

Relevant online communities and promotional opportunities.

Other appropriate methods of attracting potential customers.

Agents are free to run paid advertisements using their own funds if they choose to do so. Paid advertising is optional, and Swift Basket will not be responsible for these expenses unless a separate written agreement is made.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, sales, or e-commerce is advantageous.

Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

Ability to generate sales through organic marketing strategies.

Strong communication and customer acquisition skills.

Self-discipline and effective time management.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

A results-oriented mindset and willingness to work towards measurable KPIs.

Access to a smartphone or computer and a reliable internet connection.
