Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or any related majors.
• Has a minimum 2 years of experience in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads), programmatic, and publishers. Experience in a beauty clinic / aesthetic clinic / skin clinic is a plus.
• Possess a strong understanding in handling lead generation campaigns
• Comfortable with data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrate a personal passion for the beauty industry and in-depth knowledge of beauty trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads and clinic appointments.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage the customer journey, starting from Ads, Lead, Consultation, Booking, and until conversion to Treatment.
• Work closely with the CRM, CS, and Clinic teams to improve lead quality and lead-to-treatment conversion.
• Develop audience, offer, content, and creative strategies based on clinic customer behavior.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, conversion rate, CAC, and revenue.
• Provide regular campaign performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
