ABOUT ULIKE

Ulike is a global beauty-tech company and a leader in optical skincare technology, on a mission to make effective, professional-grade beauty solutions more accessible at home.

Founded in 2013, Ulike has grown into a global organization of 1,000+ employees, with products sold across 49 countries and regions and more than 10 million devices sold worldwide. Innovation is at the heart of the brand, supported by a dedicated R&D team of 100+ experts and more than 1,000 global patents spanning IPL hair removal, light-based skincare, and advanced beauty technology.

In the U.S., Ulike has rapidly expanded across leading national and premium retail channels, including Ulta Beauty, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Bergdorf Goodman, Dillard’s, Kohl’s, and SalonCentric, while continuing to build new partnerships across retail, professional beauty, spa, wellness, and emerging channels.

But Ulike is about more than technology. We believe beauty innovation should help people feel more confident and make professional-quality care easier to access in everyday life. From advancing optical skincare research to partnering with communities around issues such as PCOS and unwanted hair, we continue to explore how beauty technology can create meaningful impact beyond the product itself.

We are growing quickly in the U.S. and are looking for people who are entrepreneurial, curious, hands-on, and excited to build.

ABOUT THIS JOB

This role primarily supports the planning and execution of brand campaigns, with a strong focus on preliminary research, project coordination, and execution management. Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in event planning and execution.

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning Support: Assist with case studies and market research, creative brainstorming, and proposal development. Translate campaign themes and objectives into tangible experience concepts, event agendas, and execution plans.
  • Project Timeline and Progress Management: Help develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and ownership assignments. Track key milestones, meeting action items, and cross-functional deliverables, proactively identifying and flagging potential delays or information gaps.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Support venue and vendor communications, quotation collection and comparison, material and supply checklists, guest and registration management, and the preparation of event run-of-show documents. Provide on-site support for event setup, coordination, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Post-event Review: Coordinate requests and deliverables across design, content, social media, PR, and other relevant teams. Track asset versions, approval status, and delivery timelines. After each event, help consolidate performance data, feedback, expenses, and follow-up action items.

2. Key Candidate Requirements

  • Hands-on Event Planning and Execution Experience: Prior experience supporting the planning and delivery of events is required. Candidates with experience in brand activations, pop-up stores, trade shows, product launches, or consumer experience events are preferred. Candidates should be able to clearly articulate their specific responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Strong Project Management and Attention to Detail: Able to break projects down into manageable tasks, track multiple deadlines, proactively follow up on progress, and identify potential coordination issues in advance.
  • Clear Communication and a Proactive, Execution-oriented Mindset: Able to proactively clarify ambiguous requirements, communicate issues in a timely manner, and propose practical solutions.
  • Basic Understanding of Branding and Consumer Insights: Able to understand campaign target audiences and key messages, and how on-site experiences contribute to overall campaign objectives.
  • Proficiency in Productivity Tools: Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint to organize project information and materials. Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana or Notion is a plus.

We are Ulike, a beauty-tech group that aspires to make beauty more accessible to women around the world.
