Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define and manage the brand’s marketing message and positioning across all platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency in communication, visuals, and tone of voice.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital platforms, e-commerce, and retail branches.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Design and implement promotional policies across all sales channels.
• Oversee brand performance across all sales platforms and physical branches.
• Drive initiatives to increase sell-through and customer acquisition.
• Own the brand’s P&L performance.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Develop growth plans to expand brand presence within the category.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers.
• Supervise the creation of all brand-related content (visuals, videos, campaigns).
• Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with the brand message.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or a similar role within the same industry.
• Previous experience in the beauty industry or home care beauty devices is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Biomedical Engineering is preferred. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field may also be considered if supported by relevant experience.
• Experience in pricing strategy, promotional planning, and performance analysis.
• Solid experience in supplier communication, product development, and sourcing projects will be a plus.
