The Beaufort Bonnet Company is a children’s lifestyle brand devoted to celebrating the joy of childhood and inspiring families to treasure the moments that matter most. Founded in 2012, the brand was born from the gift of a bonnet that sparked an idea for a company rooted in tradition, heirloom quality, and the belief that every day is a gift worth remembering.

At the heart of the brand is its signature bonnet, inspired by a generations-old patterns from the coastal town of Beaufort, South Carolina. Rooted in traditional heritage and timeless design, the bonnet quickly resonated with families who value classic style, thoughtful details, and clothing created to mark life’s meaningful moments. What began as a single iconic silhouette has since grown into a full collection of elevated clothing and lifestyle pieces for babies and children everywhere.

Blending refined design with everyday comfort and enduring quality, The Beaufort Bonnet Company creates products meant to be worn often, loved deeply, and passed down through generations. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to help families celebrate milestones, honor traditions, and create the small, sweet moments that become lifelong memories. Beyond the bonnet, the brand’s promise extends far deeper than product, it is about preserving the wonder of childhood and making every chapter feel special.

Today, The Beaufort Bonnet Company serves families nationwide through thebeaufortbonnetcompany.com, a growing network of retail stores, signature stores, and specialty boutiques. Oxford Industries acquired The Beaufort Bonnet Company in 2017, supporting its growth while honoring the brand’s heritage, values, and commitment to celebrating childhood with intention and joy.
